My Mission
Committed to thoughtful leadership, innovative solutions, and a strong financial foundation for our community’s future.
Why Am I Running?
I have been actively involved in both for-profit and not-for-profit businesses throughout my career. While I am committed to all aspects of our town, my primary focus will be on financial and business matters, where my greatest strengths lie. I aim to meet the needs of all community members while remaining fiscally responsible, ensuring Bloomsburg’s financial health for the future.

What Makes Me Tick?
I have lived in the Bloomsburg area for 38 years (with a six-year period away) and have been deeply involved in our community. My experience includes serving as a township supervisor, township auditor, and member of the Bloomsburg Area School Board. I have also actively participated in the Chamber of Commerce, serving as president of the downtown division—now Downtown Bloomsburg, Inc. I consider Bloomsburg my home, and I am ready and excited to give back to the community that has given me so much.
Family is central to my life. I cherish time with my daughters and grandkids, whether visiting them outside the area or playing with them locally.
I have always been a person in motion, and as I enter the next phase of my life, I am eager to devote more time to serving Bloomsburg. In my free time, I enjoy walking and hiking, dusting off my golf clubs, and exploring history through visits to National Parks and historic sites. With my youngest daughter living in Spain, I also look forward to international adventures, which enrich my perspective and appreciation for community life.

What Challenges Do I See For Bloomsburg?
Bloomsburg faces several financial and infrastructure challenges. Limited ability to generate new tax revenue, combined with rising costs for vital services, makes maintaining a balanced budget increasingly difficult. The COVID-19 pandemic funds from the American Rescue Plan have been spent, leaving fewer resources for maintaining and improving our town’s infrastructure.
Businesses continue to leave the tax rolls without returning, creating additional strain. I look forward to working with my fellow council members to explore innovative solutions, identify new revenue streams, and ensure Bloomsburg remains vibrant, successful, and sustainable.
